Welcome to the Fall 24 Semester!

The SLU Learning Hub is open for in-person and remote appointments. To sign up for an account, you can follow these steps.

In-person appointments are held in the library on the 19th floor.

Online appointments take place on the WCOnline platform.  Read more about how to meet your consultant for a remote appointment here.

E-tutoring appointments allow you to receive written feedback on your paper the same day without a live appointment. Etutoring is a good option if you would like help fine-tuning one or two aspects of your paper. Otherwise, please choose a live session.

Our librarian, Aliqae Geraci, is also available to meet by appointment. You can schedule a session with Aliqae here

Please note:

-Appointments are limited to two per week and back to back appointments are not allowed by the system. We are happy to make exceptions to both of these rules. We are also happy to schedule time for a Writing Advisor to read your work before your appointment. Please contact Michael Rymer with your request.

-In-person and online writing appointments are 45 minutes long. This allows staffers to write notes on sessions and prepare for their next session. Thank you in advance for respecting this time limit.

-We love google docs. Please feel free to share a link to your doc when you sign up for a session, and make sure to grant editorial access!

-All of our Writing Advisors are part-time contingent laborers who are not available to talk or correspond outside of scheduled hours.

-While you can access our system with a mobile device, you may not get as much out of an appointment that occurs while you are commuting.

-Please provide ample notice if you are unable to keep your appointment so that another student might be able to use the time.

-Please note that the Capstone Mentor schedule is for students enrolled in a section of the Urban Studies Capstone.
